We offer a variety of courses on Yoga philosophy, history, literature, and practice written by world-renowned teachers Georg Feuerstein and Brenda Feuerstein.

History, Literature, and Philosophy of Yoga (800-Hour Course)
The course was designed (a) to deepen and broaden your knowledge of Yoga and (b) to assist your personal spiritual practice and inner growth at the same time. It will stimulate your thinking about Yoga and the Big Questions and also help you clarify your spiritual goals and/or motivate your daily spiritual practice.

Classical Yoga: Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali
(250-Hour Course)
This course is designed to give students a clear understanding of the philosophy, psychology, and practice of Classical Yoga, also known as râja-yoga, based on a careful study of Patanjali’s extraordinary work.

Foundations of Yoga (250-Hour Course)
The particular purpose of this course is to give students in-depth knowledge of the essential features of Yoga against a broad cultural backdrop, and at the same time, the course aims at encouraging students to translate this knowledge into daily practice.

The Bhagavad-Gītā (120-Hour Course)
This course has the purpose of making the teachings of the Bhagavad-Gita accessible. This text exists in numerous translations, but few of them are based on the critical edition and a detailed study.

Yoga Philosophy: An Overview (35-Hour Course)
The purpose of this course is to introduce the essential aspects of Yoga philosophy and history in a user-friendly manner while finding various ways to apply it to everyday life.

Kum Nye Yoga
During this 100-hour Intensive you’ll be introduced to this very relaxing and slow style of Yoga.

Prānāyāma
Our 100-hour program introduces you to a wide variety of breathing techniques from various traditions.
